City Light House is located in Berlin’s City West between Kurfürstendamm and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. This development was initiated by a subsidiary of Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (the state bank of Hesse-Thuringia). We were invited to join the project as a joint venture partner and provided some of the development services required.
Shortly after the start of construction in 2002, the building was successfully pre-sold to an institutional investor. Following completion in early 2004, City Light House was handed over to its new owner, who assumed responsibility for leasing.
